How to make idli

Idli is a famous South Indian breakfast item. Making idlies may become somewhat complex for newbies.You will have to make idli batter one day before you actually make idli.The main thing about it it needs to ferment very nicely.

STEP 1:The key ingredients are 1 cup black gram dal,1cup boiled rice,1 cup raw rice,1\4 cup oil,salt etc.

STEP 2:To start making idli,Soak the urad dal and the boiled and raw rice separately in water for 4 hours. Then grind the urad dal to a fine paste. Next grind the rice together into a coarse paste.Add salt to taste.

STEP 3:Keep the batter for minimum 12 hours to make the idly.it needs to ferment before making idli.

STEP 4:You can use small round idli plates for making idli.Fill the idli containers with battera and steam it for half an hour. Once the idlis are firm remove it using a knife or spoon.

STEP 2:While selecting the source station and destination station, You have to select the train beginning station and end station. Tatkal tickets are booked for the whole of the train's route.But you can change the boarding station and destination station.

STEP 3:Now afetr selecting the date, You should choose between iticket and e ticket.iticket will be delivered to you by post while you can take the prinout of your eticket after booking it tatkal.


STEP 4:Make sure you do booking of tatkal ticket 5 days before your journey.tatkal ticket booking starts at 8 am.
